Balubaid opens two new branches in one day
As part of its vigorous expansion strategy to keep pace with the kingdom’s economic growth and meet the high demand for Chevrolet and GMC models, Balubaid - the authorized dealer of General Motors for Chevrolet and GMC in KSA - inaugurated two new branches for new vehicle sales in Jeddah, on May 5, 2008.
This unique inauguration ceremony was attended by Mr. Terry Johnson, President General Motors Middle East, accompanied by senior executives of General Motors Middle East. Also attended the ceremony Sh. Khaled O. Balubaid, Sh. Ahmed O. Balubaid, Khawaja M. Siddique and other senior team members.
The new branches are located in Sari Street and Bughdadiyah district (South Madina Road). And they are another addition to Balubaid prestigious showrooms, with a unique aim to offer customers an opportunity to keep abreast with Chevrolet and GMC latest models.
The inauguration of these two showrooms in Jeddah opens up a new chapter in GM and Balubaid success story. A story that is full of monumental achievements, a long strategic partnership, and diligent work to ensure top-notch services to the Saudi customers.
With the existing 3S facility in Sulimaniah, the new opening takes the number of Balubaid showrooms in Jeddah to three.
The company now operates a total of nine branches in the kingdom with five 3S facilities and four Satellite showrooms.
Since its inception in 1952, the company adopted three core principles, all revolving around the customer’s satisfaction.
The first principle is making sure to have the right people in the right place. The second one is to work on improving Balubaid showroom network across the kingdom, and finally ensuring prompt after-sale services.
A launch celebration event was held in the evening at Laylaty Hall in the presence of Balubaid partners, key team members and representatives of General Motors, in addition to some VIP guests.
