Al Tayer Motors Wins 2006 Land Rover Customer Service Award
Al Tayer Motors has won the regional Land Rover Customer Service Performance Programme for 2006.
Held among the importers and distributors of Land Rover vehicles in the Middle East and North Africa, the programme aims at improving customer satisfaction levels at all fronts.
The programme judges the participating organizations on Right First Time Fix, Customer Satisfaction, Workshop Efficiency & Productivity and Parts availability. Al Tayer Motors was adjudged the winner for the Middle East and North Africa regions along with Alfardan Automobiles, Qatar.
Speaking on the occasion, Ashok Khanna, General Manager, Al Tayer Motors said “The Customer Service Performance Award is testimony to the fact that Al Tayer Motors as an organization is driven by focusing on the customer’s needs and prides itself on delivering complete peace of mind to its customers.”
