The Lebanese capital, Beirut, is preparing to host the next generation of motor-sports challenge, unique to the region, where motor-sports enthusiasts are bound to witness the unique Red Bull Car Park Drift, planned for 26 July in the City Mall complex, Beirut city.

Going underground, a 2-storey parking space will be booked exclusively for this event, where Red Bull Car Park Drift is designed to group best drivers, enhanced vehicles; all racing against time in a tightly-nit twisting track, defying the logic of systematic design and along the two levels of the parking.

Two criteria will be considered: speed, of course, and the art of maneuvering through the specially designed track, around 90 degree & 180 degree turns and between solid pillars; giving a new description to the art of precision.

While the drivers ensure their time-laps are short, the jury on the other hand will pass points to the best maneuvers and action speed. Composed of top-quality rally drivers from the region, the jury hosts big names in the world of motor-sports, such as Jean-Pierre Nasrallah, Billy Karam and Red Bull driver, Abdo Feghali.

As for the enthusiasts of motor-sport, burning tires, speed and precision, Red Bull Car Park Drift assigns spectator areas on both levels of the parking, giving them the chance to be part of the new dimension of this sport. Screens and live action will also bring them close to the drivers, as the designated areas have the best feel of the competition and action.
