Mona Zaki: Asala did not interrupt my movie Aswar Al Qamar!.

Star Mona Zaki denied that there is any relation between singer Asala and her new movie “Aswar Al Qamar”, which will be directed by Asala’s husband – Director Tarek Al Aryan.

Mona said: my relationship with Asala is just perfect, and I do not know why those rumors about Asala and the movie were spread. It is absolutely wrong that Asala was against me starring in the movie or ever objected on this matter. We – Asala and I – used to hear these rumors, talk about it and laugh. We did not want to respond and clarify, but clarification is a must now, especially that Asala is not participating in the movie and shooting will start soon.

The movie Aswar Al Qamar is Mona’s idea, the story and scenario was written by Mohamed Hefzy, the script is being written by Tamer Habib and is being directed by Tarek Al Aryan. Starring with Mona in the movie are Sherif Monir and Ahmed Fahmy. As Mona is playing the role of a blind woman, she traveled last summer to America to join an acting institute there to take intensive courses.

“Share’ 18” movie makers exchanging accusations

Although the film “Sahre’ 18” made relatively good receipts, compared to all the new movies showed at the same time or after, this could not prevent the movie makers to enter in disputes and accusations. The same happened between the makers and heroes of other movies that were showed at the same time.

The thing started when the movie writer Omar Shama opened fire on the director Hussam Al Gohary and the producer Mohamed Al Adl. As suddenly and surprisingly he said that he was forced to make changes in the scenario that he was not convinced of, he added that he was surprised during shooting that some important scenes were omitted. That’s not only it, but as he said that come characters were completely omitted as well without his knowledge; moreover, the end scene was changed and nobody got back to him, and he does not know who wrote it.

The movie director responded saying that the writer agreed on everything, and did not say a word during shooting, then why is he doing the talking about such thing with such way now?. He continued surprised from the writer’s attack saying: if he did not like the thing from the beginning, why didn’t he speak all the shooting period? And why didn’t he take back the scenario? If that was the case!!

The movie “Share’ 18” starring Omar Hassan Yousef, Mays Hemda, Ahmed Falokas, and Donia Samir Ghanem, and directed by Hussam Al Gohary was shown on February, 27. In four week it made almost one million of receipts, staying on top of the other movies in the race.
