Mohamed Heneidy starts filming Amir Al-Behar
Suddenly and with no prior notices, the comedian Mohamed Heneidy decided to back on the idea of making a sequel of his movie “Ramadan Mabrouk Abul Alamein Hamouda” which screened last year and with it, Heneidy has regained his balance with revenues reaching 24 million L.E, the sum he failed to achieve ever since his second movie “Hammam fi Amsterdam” (Hammam in Amsterdam) nine years ago.
Heneidy has chosen a script titled “Amir Al-Behar” (Prince of Seas) written by Youssef Ma’aty –the writer of “Ramadan Mabrouk Abul Alamein"- and the movie will be directed by Wael Ihsan, the female co-star is yet to be decided.
The comedian will start shooting his scenes in the coming few days in the Navy at Alexandria, so the movie would be ready for screening by next Adha feast.
In the movie, Heneidy will be playing the role of a navy captain who faces a series of funny situations overseas as the movie depicts the hijacking and piracy events going on nowadays.
