U.S. recording artist Alicia Keys may sing the title song for "Quantum of Solace," the 22nd James Bond movie, sources said.
The 'No One' singer is reportedly in final negotiations to lend her voice to the title track of the new movie, which will see Daniel Craig reprising his as the suave British spy for the second time.
Beyonce, Leona Lewis, Duran Duran, Jack White, Duffy and Annie Lennox are some of the other performers who submitted songs for consideration to producers of the film, which stars British actor Daniel Craig as the suave secret agent, E! Online said.
An insider said: "I just got word that the songbird is the top contender to sing the title song for the next James Bond flick, 'Quantum of Solace'. No official announcement has been made, but I believe Alicia is the winner."
A representative for Alicia could not be reached for comment, while a representative for the movie said: "There is no information right now about the title song."
'Quantum of Solace' starring Daniel Craig, Judi Dench and Gemma Arterton will be released worldwide this November.
