Ingredients:
1 Goody Fusilli Pasta pack (shape 36)
2 ½ cups (600 ml) cream
3 eggs
250 g feta cheese, crumbled
2 tbs plain flour
2 tbs ground nutmeg
1 cup (125 g ozzarella cheese, grated
Steps:
1-Cook the pasta in a large pan of boiling salted water until al dente (slightly chewy). Drain. Reserve 1 cup (250 ml) of the cooking water. Set the pasta aside to cool a bit.
2-Preheat the oven to 180C and brush an ovenproof pan with olive oil.
3-Whisk the cream, eggs and reserved water in a large bowl until thoroughly combined. Stir in the crumbled feta, flour, ground nutmeg and salt & pepper to taste.
4-Transfer the cooled pasta to the prepared pan. Pour the cream mixture over the top and sprinkle with the grated cheese. Bake for 30-35 minutes until mixture sets or top is lightly golden.
