How to avoid hair loss and how to protect it

1 – Taking care of general health, as it has a direct effect on hair, as the hair roots depend on the nutrition your body gets, and therefore it’s essential that what you eat contains all vital elements, and the most important of them are:
Protein: available in meat, eggs, beans, and dairy products.


Vitamins, Minerals, and salts: abundant in vegetables like spinach, carrots, cabbage, leaves’ veggies, and fresh fruits.


2 – Daily morning scalp massage before engaging in any business, the objective here is to stimulate the blood circulation of the scalp, and the massage should be done with the finger tips covering the entire scalp, and it’s preferable to use certain vitamins or nutritive products for the hair; hair lotion can also be used during the massage.


For dry hair, it’s more preferable to apply “oil baths” using a hot towel after the shower in order to stimulate the blood circulation and then wash the hair just once a week using a shampoo containing oil or lanolin.

3 – Avoid chemical products such as hair dyes and some hair creams, as well as blow dries, and others.

Normal hair: should be washed about twice a week with a shampoo containing low alkaline level in order to keep it from dryness.

Oily hair: it’s preferable to wash it three times a week with a shampoo that contains lemon or eggs (to rid the hair from excess oils).


Massaging the scalp with onion juice is very useful to prevent the hair loss; it’s also helpful in removing facial dark spots as well as freckles when heated, marinated in vinegar, and used in rubbing the face. Eating the following for 3 months is very beneficial:


Day 1: Eating a pack of watercress

Day 2: Eating 1 whole unpeeled carrot

Day 3: Eating 1 unpeeled cucumber

Day 4: Repeating the above for 3 months


Month 4: A mixture of equal proportions of sweet almond oil, castor oil, and olive oil should be used to massage the scalp with some water drops once before sleep every night (this mixture can be used for eyelashes and eyebrows as well) and then the hair should be combed delicately.


Month 5: Anoint the hair once or twice a week with the mentioned above mixture, a few drops could also be used to rub the skin which would help stretching and softening it; this mixture also helps increasing the density and the thickness of the eyelashes.


Un-haired spots

Using the fingertips, pure watercress seeds’ oil should be rubbed very well on the spots which contain no hair till the scalp absorbs it. Repeat three times a day, and the hair shouldn’t be washed for more than just once a week. Repeat for 2 months.


Keeping away from any sources of psychological anxiety, not suppressing any feelings of anger or frustration, sadness or oppression, instead hasten discharging them to avoid them accumulating internally, and here comes the role of sports such as walking, as well as openness meetings with the ones you love and care for as a quick remedy for psychological pressure and consequently for general health.


Washing the hair with coriander marinade strengthens it and prevents hair loss, in addition to that, the medical castor oil becomes very useful when added to the shampoo while washing the hair as it helps increasing its shine and avoiding having split ends.
